Now that yous are allowed to the Paradise Gas, you can now render to Sanctuary without fearfulness of infection and take hector downwardly.

Since this is Hector'southward base of operations of operations, be ready for a fight against strong enemies. When fighting the mobs of New Pandora, exist sure to focus first on snipers. Just a few shots from one will down you instantly and make your life much harder. Second priority should be to take out medics, as they can rapidly heal any troops you manage to impairment.

Objective 1: Enter the Bowels of sanctuary

At present that Cassius is defeated, in the back of his lab will exist a group of marked vines you can melee, giving you access to the bowels of Sanctuary (Now chosen Paradise Sanctum) . Your hunt to find Hector begins now.

Objective ii: Clear the gears of Vines

Once the vines are cleared out you can keep through the depths of sanctuary.

Go along to travel up through the depths of sanctuary until you reach Marcus Munitions. Travel through the shop until you reach the surface of your old domicile. Go on to fight through hordes of New Pandora enemies, making your fashion towards Moxxi'south bar.

Not much further now till you achieve Hector. Get out through the dorsum of Moxxi's and go towards the Health and Ammo machines located in the back of the alley style. Your path to Hector volition be the ramp of debris to the right of the machines. Be sure you lot are full on ammo and health earlier yous fight Hector...y'all're going to need every last bullet.

When Hector has 75%, 50%, and 25% health left, he will shoot out large vines dividing the sanctum into three sections and making him impervious to impairment. To destroy these large vines and reveal Hector for Damage over again, you lot have to destroy 3 infected flowers on each vine.

Once they are destroyed, Hector volition reveal himself for damage once over again.

Just like other infected flowers, when these are destroyed they volition emit some paradise gas. Since you take the antidote, you lot can no longer exist infected by the gas merely y'all can still benefit from it'due south attack boost. Employ this to deal extra damage to Hector when you lot destroy his last Infected bloom of the batch.

Defeating Hector (for good)

In one case you lot defeat Hector, you tin get for the Vault key in his chest.
